Bald Eagle #18-0223 has not made any improvements in flight during the past few weeks. The eagle tires easily, cannot get good altitude in flight, and often has a left-wing droop. Radiographs revealed some degenerative changes in the eagle’s left wing; additional radiographs will be taken in early July to see if this issue worsens. The rehabilitation team is continuing to lightly exercise the eagle to look for any signs of improvement.
